“Once again, I return to the nude body, to the purity of physicality, so that the human being may be my original inspiration.

Mankind is the source of all art, mythology and all things sacred; This body in continuous renewal fascinates me with its details etched by time, with its beauty, evolving season after the next.

 

This series is marked by the daily study of the physical and the spiritual, a diary of evolution with every breath. I set out to uncover the layers of beauty and refinement in an infinite body, mirroring the inner self, the other, who is me, anxious, disoriented, devoted, silent, radiant.

 

Once again, I return to the human body, to observe its features, carefully trying to divulge its secrets, after it was burdened with prohibitions and myths, after its divine nature was smudged with foreign ideologies.

I approach this model figure, touching it with my brush, colors and shapes. I sculpt it with novel materials integrated into my work, each time discovering another of its dimensions.

 

The Human is my latest continuing project, in my extensive journey of artistic experimentations on this eternal sacred land.”

"من جديد أعود إلى الجسد الأول، الطهرالأول ، ليكون الإنسان مرجعي الأصيل.
الإنسان مصدر حقيقي لكل الفنون والأساطير والمقدسات. جسد يتجدّد. ألاحق تفاصيله التي يرسمها الزمن. أتعرف على سر جماله الذي يتحول في فصوله سنة بعد سنة.
لوحتي تحمل توقيع يوميات تلاحقه حيا يرزق، يتنفس ويتوالد من جديد في الشكل والروح الوجدان.
جسد غير محدود أحاول أن اكتشف له كل يوم بعدا آخرا من أبعاد جماله في عودة إلى مرآة الذات، إلى الآخر الذي هو أنا.
أنا، القلقة الحائرة والمؤمنة الصامتة المتوهجة.
 هذا الجسد أعود إليه عن قرب. أحاول أن اكتشف أسراره بتأن بعد أن طوقته المحرمات والمعتقدات الأسطورية ونالت من قداسته الأولى المفاهيم البعيدة عن طهره الأول وطبيعته السحريه .
‏هذا الجسد النموذجي اقترب منه ألامسه بالريشه خطأ و لونًا وشكلا، أنحته بمواد جديدة تدخل في تكاوبن لوحتي. اكتشف في كل مرة بعدا من أبعاده العميقة.
هذا الإنسان مشروعي الجديد و المستمر في رحلة تجاربي الطويلة في أرض مقدسة وخالدة."
